There were also different Houses in the game, like Liberty (Space America), Bretonia (Space UK), Rheinland (Space Germany) and Kusari (Space Japan) so if you jumped to another House, everything from the type of ships, the local police and military, the criminal factions etc would change.Īnd the space itself felt alive. You could tell each system was different from the other. Not the vibrant punch in your face saturated but it had its own feel.
Every system in the game was unique and colorful. Basically black space combined with newtonian physics (a term which I never understood to this day). There a lot of space game fans who prefer these games being true to physics and real life. It just left an itch in me which no other game could satisfy after it.
